Requirements:
- Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting of networking Level 2 and 3
- Identify recurring issues and drive automated resolution behind them
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Available to travel abroad
- Team player
- Good knowledge of technical documentation writing
Preferred qualifications in addition to those required:
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent
- Competence in the implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of QoS
