Canale Lavoro: VOIP Solution Engineer

The candidates will design, implement and maintain  Unified Communications and Collaboration networks for Italian and foreign customers.

Job description

·         Analyze the customers voice network requirements

·              Make recommendations on changes, expansions and architecture, according to the Cisco Unified Communication and Collaboration (UC&C) best practice

·              Design the Voice over IP and Videocommunication network of the customers (IP Telephony, Video Conference, Telepresence, Web Collaboration, Mobile convergency)

·         Support the account teams to design new product offerings

·         Research new technologies and equipment

·         Generate documentation (High Level and Low Level Design for the Customer)

Requirements

• Cisco CCNA Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree, Telecommunications or Electronical Engineering

Preferably requirements:

·         Knowledge of voice protocols (SIP, H323, MGCP)

·         Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

·         Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP)

Key skills

·         Good English level

·         Operating System (Windows, Linux)

·         Basic Networking knowledge (e.g. Routing, Switching)

Soft skills

·         Team Working

·         Project Management

·         Customer oriented

·         Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
